that our cats are used to, from play time to food time. She provided them with a loving and attentive environment and

We faced a dilemma this summer when the only person I trust looking
after our animals was vacationing with us. When I read the testimonials on Paw Prints web site I decided to
email my needs. After a few emails and a lengthy phone conversation, I felt like I'd known Kelly for years.
My 16 year old kitty needs medication every morning so it was very important to find someone skilled and reliable. When Kelly
arrived for a visit to meet our pets (cats Oliver & Sophie and rat Chuck), they gave her a warm welcome. I was extremely
anxious about leaving my pets for an entire week so Kelly also spent time with me going over the specifics that I needed to
feel that our pets would be loved and safe. A daily phone call reassured me all was well and that I could relax and
enjoy my vacation. When I arrived home, I found the pet dishes and litter boxes clean, neat and odour free.
My house looked neater than when I had left - my plants were watered, mail retrieved, pets happy and a lovely detailed note
on the table. We feel very lucky to have found Kelly and will definitely use her services again.

me immediately if there is a concern with either my dog or my house; she provides daily communication of her visit with my dog which reassures me that he is well taken care of; she has
assisted with emergency situations inside my house; she is reliable and dependable- responding to emails in a timely fashion
and has always been available to help out, even with short notice. Since Kelly started to walk my dog, I’ve noticed
